Privacy Policy

How this site handles personal data and which cookies it uses.

1. Who we are

This notice explains how personal data is handled on this website. The data controller is Oksana Shirvanova, interior designer, 5 Semakova Street, Tyumen, Russia. You can reach her at perfecthome72@gmail.com.

It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What this site collects

There are no contact forms on this site. Nothing is collected by asking you to type it in: no account, no newsletter sign-up, no order form.

When you browse the site, a limited amount of technical data may be processed for visitor statistics: IP address, device and browser type, the source you arrived from and the pages you looked at. This only happens if you have accepted analytics cookies, and the statistics are used in aggregate rather than tied to you as a person.

If you write by email, call, or send a WhatsApp message, we process what you choose to tell us: your name, your contact details and the content of your enquiry.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • Answering your enquiry and advising you on a project. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to someone who has contacted us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If the enquiry turns into a commission, the basis becomes the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Visitor statistics and improving the site. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

4. Cookies

4.1 Necessary

These keep the site working: navigation, security, and remembering the cookie choice you made. That choice is stored in a cookie called ph_consent, which is kept for 365 days. Necessary cookies cannot be switched off, because the site does not function without them.

4.2 Analytics

Visitor statistics are collected with Rybbit (analyticsweb.eu), which is self-hosted on our own server inside the European Union. The data is aggregated and is never passed to advertising networks.

Analytics loads only after you have accepted it. Until you accept, and permanently if you decline, no statistics are collected at all. You can change your decision at any time through the "Cookie settings" button in the bottom-left corner of the site or in the footer.

4.3 Marketing

There are none. This site sets no advertising or marketing cookies and embeds no third-party tracking pixels.

5. How long data is kept

Email and messenger correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the project and for our records, and is deleted sooner on request. Analytics data is held in aggregated form for site statistics.

6. Who else sees your data

Your data is not sold, rented or passed on to advertising networks. Because analytics is self-hosted, no third-party analytics provider receives it. Email and WhatsApp messages are, of course, also handled by the providers of those services under their own terms.

7. International transfers

The controller is based in Russia, which sits outside the European Economic Area and is not covered by an EU adequacy decision. If you email, call or message her, your message is read there. Website analytics data stays on a server in the European Union.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data held about you, and receive a copy of it;
  • rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • erasure of your data;
  • restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
  • portability, meaning a copy of data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest;
  • withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it;
  • lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence, work or where you believe the problem occurred.

9. Security

Access to data is restricted, backups are taken and technical and organisational measures are in place to protect against unauthorised access, loss and disclosure.
