A stalinka is a flat in one of the solid Stalin-era buildings of the 1930s to 1950s, and this one stands on Lenin Square in Tyumen. The renovation joins the historic shell (high ceilings, distinctive proportions) to modern comfort with great care, and the classical interior respects the architecture of the building while answering the demands of present-day life.
