I have known Oksana for a very long time, our paths crossed through work, but I had no idea she did design. I knew her as an intelligent, decent, very well-read person, I always noticed her taste in clothes and I like the way she approaches everything in life. Not long ago I found out she is a designer, and I decided to start by asking her advice on choosing a flat. We viewed several. I had never imagined how many subtleties there are in a floor plan, or what difficulties can appear later if you ignore the particulars of the flats that are on the market. We are still looking for the perfect flat for me, but now I know exactly what I do not want and what to look at in a layout. And of course I have already decided who is going to design that flat once I finally buy it.
