I want to leave a review about Oksana Shirvanova as a professional who loves what she does. This was my first renovation with a designer (I was tired of the identical flats you see online, of the "make me one like that" approach and the hunt among friends that follows: "Oh, did they lay your tiles well? Did they level the walls? Were you happy with it?"). You ring round a pile of tradesmen, you lose your time, you buy the materials and so on, you get to feel all the "delights of a renovation", and the result is not always a joy. For me a renovation is something you do and then forget about for several years, better still for several decades )))) so that at best, after two or three years, you refresh the colour of the walls. Oksana was recommended to me by a friend (a huge MERCI to her) whose flat she had designed. Everything was clear and easy to picture, which matters a great deal, and I decided that I needed a designer. Our flat is not a new one, we have lived in it for 10 years, and the children who started school from here have grown up in the meantime, so the interior had aged and stopped working for us. I understood that designers are not that keen on small floor areas, so I had to wait until my turn came round. In the end, while I was waiting for the children's room, I decided I wanted the bathroom redone as well. And then came the pandemic ))) Right now we are in the middle of the work. I am very happy with the visualisation and with the way the renovation is organised, none of that scramble with materials and tradesmen, everyone does their own job. Everything is arranged clearly. Oksana chooses materials professionally, compares prices, finds the things that do not exist )))), plans the space rationally, and I really like the "nothing superfluous" approach. She is very easy to talk to, you could call it understanding at half a word, and the result of doing two rooms is that three more are booked in for next year. I am very happy with my first experience and I recommend Oksana as a true professional.
