We went to Oksana while the house was still being built, and starting the project that early turned out to be a good idea. We went back to the developer and the walls went up with our changes already in them. I had no idea that was even possible. It saved us a decent sum. I liked the designer's approach to the renovation: our child has allergies, and Oksana helped us choose the most ecological materials. Every last detail was thought through for comfortable living. Oksana took my demand that the house should have "as few dust traps as possible" entirely in her stride. I am very happy with the way we worked together.
